Concept for adhesiolysis surgery

Not using adequate tools for adhesiolysis surgery and not using any adhesion barrier, an elective adhesiolysis surgery should not be carried ou as it doesn't help adhesions reformation and all the adhesions are coming back in between 72 hours after surgery.
Before adhesiolysis surgery:
After 4 hours surgery:
After only 4 days post surgery: All adhesions are back and even worse!!!
For succesfull adhesiolysis surgery a concept is the most important tool:
Lift – laparoscopy, SprayShield ADHESION barrier and a SECOND-LOOK laparoscopy …
and experience… 5 years Lift-laparoscopic ADHESIOLYSIS with SprayShield and adhesiolysis in hundreds of patients…
The concept of EndoGyn contains:
Lift – (gasless) laparoscopy
SprayShield adhesion barrrier (2-5 kits each procedure)
Mandatory early second-look laparoscopy (helps evaluate, if adhesions reformed and lets taking them down by water without bleeding)
in case pain continues, a late 3rd-look laparoscopy (helps, if in fact some adhesions had reformed after the Second-look)
In very severe adhesion cases (more than 3 adbominal quadrants) a step-by-step adhesiolysis procedure, where every step results in less adhesions (anyone can await that the mess of multiple surgeries will be solved in only one procedure)
Follow-up questionaries and statistics
Hospital stay for the initial procedure
The early second-look gives so much information and allows adhesions reformation to be taken down by only aqua dissection without bleeding.
Adhesiolysis surgeries without a second look laparoscopy are not worth the money for the initial procedure.
Outpatient surgery for adhesiolysis (initial procedure) can be life threatening and dangerous !!!
Choose an infrastructure with more than 20 adhesions cases a month and not one or two a year !
Ask for a patients contact list and contact the patients, they are the only ones who can provide you with the correct information and not the surgeon himself or any advocates that advertise for any surgeon or hospital.
Ask for a list of many patients contacts, not only one or two.
